| About Tracey
I was born at the New Jersey Shore! That’s right a BEACH BABY! I attended Wildwood Catholic High school and worked as a waitress every summer. Instead of playing sports for my high school, I rode equestrian. I was a competitive equestrian from the age of 14 and through college where I rode on the team.. I moved to Delaware when I attended the University of DE to complete my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. Once completing that degree I began working in the field and started working on my Master’s at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. I began teaching at Cabrini College in Radnor, PA while I working on my PhD at Temple University, and now I am a full time tenure track Assistant Professor at Eastern University in St. David’s, PA. I love teaching so it was a very easy transition for me to become a teacher/mentor/coach of young aspiring fitness and figure athletes. I have been so blessed in this sport with my sponsorships, training and placings that I want to share with the amateur competitors because I know what a struggle it is to climb the ladder of success to reach the level of IFBB Professional stature.
