WOW!  What a year!!  I was so blessed in 2008.  I won 3 IFBB titles (Houston Pro, Europa & the Atlantic City Pro) and a runner up finish at the Fitness Olympia!!!

I also was nominated and WON the FLEX Athlete of the Year Award.  I am so psyched to start training for the 2009 Fitness International.  I have a new and exciting routine and I am bringing my smallest physique ever!!
